Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Custom, private-label, and made-to-order wholesale purchases cannot be canceled once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For cancellation requests, please contact cabinzencandles@gmail.com with your order number. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
