  4. What do I do if my candle arrives damaged?                                                      Email us a photo or video and we'll send a new candle! You deserve a product that performs. 
  5. Am I able to refill my candles through your candle refill service?                           Our Candle Refill Service is available to local residents and existing refill customers. Unfortunately, we no longer provide online candle refill services.
  6. Why do Hand-poured candles cost more?                                                       The larger distributors make candles in volume, using machines. The cheaper the candle typically means cheaper wax, which is paraffin. Paraffin smokes and soots more than other waxes. Mass distributors also tend to use fragrance oils equally inexpensive. Additionally, many are not skin-safe and don't burn as long. We use a proprietary wax of soy with paraffin and high-quality fragrance oils that provide a more natural scent versus the overwhelming scent of chemicals.

Are 100% soy candles completely natural as most soy wax packaging and candles claim?                                              "No, soy wax is not completely natural because the soybean oil from which it is derived undergoes chemical processing, including hydrogenation and the use of chemicals like hexane, to transform it into a solid wax suitable for candles. While it's a natural plant-based alternative to paraffin and considered non-toxic and renewable, the manufacturing process means it's not 100% pure or in its original state.
